While seen and occasionally mentioned, the AP counter and its usage is never a major plot point during battles. Riders can gain AP by fighting an opponent while wearing their Rider suit and the amount of AP they have accumulated is gauged by a digital counter located somewhere on their weapons.
Rouse Cards need AP to be used, the amount of which is needed for the card to be used is located on the right side of the card just below the Undead's picture. The Wild Vesta will become Prime Vesta if the cards is used by the Rider with corresponding suits.Įach Rouse Card allows the Riders access to the powers of the Undeads sealed within them. The Prime Vesta ( プライムベスタ, Puraimu Besuta) is the cards with corresponding suits of Riders that obtained by sealing the undead with Proper Blank and Wild Vesta ( ワイルドベスタ, Wairudo Besuta) is the cards without corresponding suits that obtained by sealing the Undead with a Common Blank. The Joker Cards, the Wild Card, the Mighty cards used by Kamen Riders Glaive, Lance, and Larc, and the Vanity Card created by merging the four Category King Cards belong to none of these categories or suits. They are also categorized into 4 suits: the Spades, the Diamonds, the Hearts, and the Clubs. The cards are categorized into Categories, the exact same way the Undead are: Aces, the Numbers (2-10), and the Royal Club (Jacks, Queens, & Kings).

I also did an alternate version of Decade Full Complete, "Decade Final Complete" should contain Final Form cards of Heisei Riders, along with Stronger's Charge Up, Skyrider's Powered Form, Kuuga's Rising Ultimate, and Den-O's Super Climax Form, similar to Decade Strongest Complete. If Decade Full Complete is able to use the Diendriver, he can also summon Substitute Riders such as Ouja, Para-DX, Rogue, Evol, Cronus, Zamonas, Zonjis, Poppy, Necrom, Buster, Slash, Saikou, Lazer, Zangetsu, Poseidon, Aqua, Bravo, or Chaser.
Just like Grand Zi-O, Decade Full Complete can summon any and all weapons, vehicles, and attacks from any season as well as summon simulated versions of any Showa Rider as well as the Final Forms of Heisei and Reiwa Riders from Ultimate Kuuga up to Saber's rumored "Seiken SwordRider" form. The Neo K-Touch contains the symbols of all the Main Riders, with Kamen Riders #1 to Black taking the 5, Black RX, Shin, ZO, and J between the 5 and 0, and the symbols of Kamen Riders Kuuga to Saber taking up the 0 in a counter-clockwise format. While the top half of the cards contain the Heisei Riders, with Kuuga, W, and Zi-O in the center to form a triangle, the Showa Riders take up the legs and wrists, Amazon Omega and Saber take the bottom half of the left leg, and J and Zero-One take the bottom of the right leg. The Helmet is the same as Decade's original Complete, but instead has Decade's Complete Card between Kamen Rider #1 and #2, which hang on the antennae like two symmetric flags.
